weird as heck question: I want costumized buttons that will not look like the DA standard buttons, for example, I want them to have a sort of an old feel to them, is there a possibility like that? and how do I do that exactly?

You can have an image (as a button) in your widget. You can make it click-able so that you can redirect it to an URL. However, you can make a mouse hover effect on it (such as glow on mouse hover or something).

I do have a little problem with thoose buttons though 
I've already tried to read the FAQ, but haven't found the answer. Maybe I'm just blind and have overseen it though

The answer is really simple...You can't center align these buttons...
P.S. *Some of the buttons can't be center aligned.

Yes,I was also missing him when he left dA, he was indeed a great guy who used to provide everyone such cool resources. But then I've realized that apart from me so people were also missing him and someone has to take on with that job...
So here I am..
But I'm afraid that after 2months when my subs expire I won't be able to provide any resources!
I need support from people to carry on with this...
