OSX kinda sux :/ Mac users have a reputation for being quite smug and they often reinforce the assumption every chance they get. It's a shame this great skin won't reach the majority of VLC users

there is a small bug (don't know if it's theme related)
Using the "single video mod", as soon as you switch to fullscreen, and back to windowed view, the sliders (volume+timeline) seem to be visually stuck.
You can use them but they appear to be on the position before doing fullscreen.
I hope this makes sense

Completely understand you, I was wondering what was making the sliders position get stuck.
Very minor glitch, but would love to see that get fixed.

i already use it with earlier versions of quickTime and vlc player.
today i upgraded my vlc media player to version 1.0.1 Goldeneye (Intel 32bit) and i am curious if this version of yours works, because the description says [b]Mod for VLC Version 1.0.0 up to 1.0.?[/b]

Future versions of VLC will break the mod, maybe 1.0.2 or 1.0.3 .... therefore the question mark

Hey artist00, has your VLC suddenly seperated into two windows (controller and video) when previously they were both together? Mine did and it makes me sad.

actually that is the default setting. both, controller and video window are separated.
the only thing i found was in the advanced preferences/interface settings, but it completely disables the video window.
so i canΒ΄t help, sorry !

indeed the lower versions release was nicer, but it is still better than the original vlc theme.
maybe his next release will change...or drop him a line and ask for the change

How to install:
1. First you will have to Control/Right-click VLC.app and select "Show Package Contents"
2. Navigate to the "Contents/Resources" folder
3. Drop the files into "Resources" folder and the other files into the "Resources/English.lproj" folder
4. Restart the VLC application and enjoy the new look.
