#2 of 7 in a series of pen and colored pencil drawings I did in the summer of 2001 when I was all excited about Jurassic Park III. Oh, if I had only known what I was in for. I may or may not have used skeletals, I honestly can't remember. Probably not, though.

It's an Allosaurus. I like this one, particularly the color scheme. I don't know if the tail could bend that much in reality, but I did that only to make it fit on the page. The perspective was pretty good for the time, although I think the head may be too small. Also, the thumbs pointing forward was deliberate, but I don't know how accurate it is.
