Nice work. It's well-composed and well-exposed - although it's a high-key image there are some darker tones and you haven't burnt out any areas of the white. I like the bracelet too, mainly because it raises the question of "Did you get her to lie down or stand up, and how did you do the records?" 
If I were to change anything, I think I'd try and make the position of her hands a little more symmetrical, and maybe try cropping her off at the elbows to get some open or closed form. This might end up looking a bit weird, though.

Yes, she's standing up, I wasn't really trying to hide that though. How the records stayed on is another story. The rosary was actually her idea, a good one I might add. And yes, I tried cropping elbows at the time but it looks much better this way. Remember - it's for an album cover, the format is square so I had to incorporate that when I took the photo.
