Backstory: I saw the How to draw a landscape with HarrisonHow tutorial recently, and I decided to follow it and hopefully arrive at something cool. Turns out you can apply gradient on lines and entire layers in Procreate, so I went with that. This totally took me more than 3 hours, but I feel very proud of this painting. Also, this is my first time using both Procreate and Affinity Designer on a single project; the lighting and the glow aspects are from Affinity, while the rest of the artwork (the lines, the background, etc) are from Procreate.
