It's been a while since I've last uploaded anything but rest assured I've been keeping myself creative and artistic. This is my version of a Murloc Arthas as the Lich King but more in the flesh without his helm. I loved the idea of creating WoW characters in murloc form because murlocs are awesome
Maybe next one I should paint Grom Hellscream in murloc form haha. I wonder what that would look like.Anyways here is my latest WoW fan art digital painting. Enjoy!

Great job. Both hilarious and well done. I love how you tweaked the design to fit him but kept the general figure, and the additional undead murloc all around him look great. The trailing of blue light from the sword and eyes of both the other undead and his buckle look great, accompanying the swirling sky above, whose green gives the picture a great bit of contrast. No empty space to speak of, even the sky being filled with the swirling clouds, gargoyles or Icecrown give the piece a very busy look, but always keeping Murlocthas front and center. A good amount of effort was put into this and it shows.

I wanted to tweak the design a bit to make everything a bit more miniature and less creepy but still keeping that "epic" feel. Like I still wanted him to have spikes and skulls but just not over the top human like as seen on the original Lich King. I got this idea from my other painting for Heroes of the Storm all in murloc form. In that painting I like the murloc Lich King a lot so I wanted to paint him in a more dramatic scene.
