Hmm, to be honest, it's hard to say. The ones I can see just seem like proper names for buildings, such as the Hongqin Shen Lou. The name doesn't make sense, so I imagine it's just a place name, rather than what a store is selling or something like that--although "Lou" does mean "building" or "floor" (and is often used on signs for tea houses and restaurants). I'm just super interested in the background of this picture because I love the feel!
