a sketch I did recently
the quality is so shitty and I am sorry about that but I’m too lazy to get proper lighting =w=;
anyway, uh, this is a sketch of Sunstar’s boyfriend, Videre (google translate Latin for ‘see’).
he suffers from PPD (paranoid personality disorder), which mostly manifests itself in the form of prophetic visions and nightmares of distant tragedies yet to come. Videre is haunted by visions of the future, and can see ghosts through his blind left eye (he was trapped in his home during a fire, and something fell and struck him, blinding his left eye, nearly caving his skull in, and giving him everlasting scars). one of the ways he copes with his visions and nightmares is through art. he spends much of his time painting and drawing the world around him, and what he sees in his visions.
(he is an Umbrum, btw, and is pure blooded. I’ll post more about him later ;3)
