Ok, I continue posting pictures from Northern Norway...This panorama (6 single shots) was captured at Moskenes on the Lofoten Island MoskenesΓΈy in Norway. It was the perfect reward for a very shaky 5h ride from BodΓΈ to Moskenes with the night-ferry. Normally I'm not very prone to seasickness but this ride was just sick, I was really close to vomiting. I also struggled to not make a mess while having a very shaky pee.... the most shaky pee in my life
After I arrived @ 5:30am, I needed some additional sleep, I didn't sleep very well at the ferry...
At 10am I started exploring the area and finally went on a hike to the Munkebu hut. This picture was captured shortly before I wanted to start the hike. I'd say that I was really lucky with this rainbow, I saw plenty of rainbows in Norway (due to change of weather all the time) but this was the most intense rainbow I ever saw. I was not beliving my eyes after taking the first panorama from this location as there was suddenly a hint of a rainbow, only 5 minutes later there was this mighty double-rainbow... I was shocked by the beauty of it...

Incredibly beautiful. Besides the epic canvas, one of the things that caught my eye is the space between the houses. So much space! Neighbour contact only when you want it. That in itself is priceless. Would love to have this on my wall.

I guess the people living there have other problems than being annoyed by their neighbors
actually I have this picture hanging as an acrylic print next to my bed at 1.6m length

Even though I've never been to Lofoten before, I recognized the scene instantly. The image has that typical feel to it that shots from that place usually have. Only a lot stronger. It's a stunning photo, and the way you captured the beautiful scenery and atmosphere of the place together with a full rainbow is really amazing. If I didn't already want to visit Lofoten, this would've made me want it in an instant.
