: Monday, August 5th - Hey guys! Continuing onward on our trip Down Under....
Very early this morning, Jonesy and Nikki had stepped for a while from the Southport hostel we were staying at, and we didn't know where they went! Until they came back, that is.
: Well, quite simply, we just couldn't wait to head to the beach at Broadbeach to catch the morning sunrise. Just like we did when it was just the two of us back in 2010 .
: Wow! Nothing like a return trip, eh? *giggle*
Anyway, we all had an early breakfast, packed up our things and we were all on our way. To the next capital city on our itinerary: Brisbane !
: The capital and most populous city in Queensland and, at last check, the third most populous city in Australia.
And like back in Sydney, there is much to see here. The Queensland State Parliament House , Brisbane City Hall , the Queensland Performing Arts Centre ....
: Cricket, Aussie rules football, rugby league and rugby union at the "Gabba" ....
: The Queen Street Mall ....!
: Yes, lots of things to see and do....
: And so little time....
: Let's do it, guys!
[The rest of the gang gather our stuff and head off, leaving Nikki....
: Well, gotta go. Later! [She rushes off to catch up with them....
