well... I don't draw this myself technically. It's like I take screenshot and edit it with PS tools(not filters). It's like stylization or something similar.

This is perfect. You should submit it to Game of thrones art related groups so more can see it. It looks so much like the actress but it's an expression we don't get to see on her face.
