If you play as Rosa in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, you'll encounter Curtis, who will call you on your Xtransceiver. He works on TV as a celebrity idol named Christoph. After calling him enough, he will ride with you on the Ferris Wheel and he'll trade you a Pokemon (you can give him any of your Pokemon). I think that his design looks so cool. Yancy is his female counterpart. I played as Nate, so I didn't get to see Curtis. I definitely prefer Curtis.

I'm probably going to write a fanfic about him after I finish my two VisorShipping fanfics. It will have Curtis coping with the fact that Rosa is going out with Nate even though he has a crush on her. I don't think I'll ship him with Yancy, though (I'm thinking of pairing her with either Hugh or Cheren) - maybe I'll create a love interest for him.
