Description
This is Team Phenomena's "greater" admin, Ixion. He ranks above the other four admins, and unlike them, is actually pretty competent. He serves as Amarantha's second-in-command and is in charge of studying extraterrestrial Pokemon. He often spends time in Team Phenomena's observatory looking for alien Pokemon. He hates children and has an unyielding loyalty to Amarantha, not questioning her until the very end when she's gone off the deep end.

Two of his Pokemon are a white Florges and a Frost Rotom.
