Fighter knocked out Garland and dressed up as him. Why? Because his "best friend" Black Mage thought it would be hilarious. And, damn, he was right!

Huh? I don't get it. I mean, I've read 8-bit theater, and I've beaten FF1, but I still don't quite understand your joke.

Fighter was impersonating Garland here because BM told him to, and he's too trusting. Plus, he thinks BM is his best friend.

Fighter's not in this comic. Nor is Black Mage.
Unless that's the part you were joking about.

Um, that's WoL's upgraded form. The Knight, so to speak. Garland he ain't. Sorry. >_>

I know what the Knight looks like. Blue armor with white hair and a yellow cape.
Garland has purple armor with blonde hair and a purple cape.
The Heroes will be making guest appearances eventually, and you'll see the differences.

You miss my point. Your Garland is based on the Knight's art, not Garland's. Garland has never had his face or hair visible. The PS1/P cutscene changed Knight's design a bit, yes, and he does resemble Garland, but he clearly has one of the Crystals around his neck, for one thing. Besides, that cutscene is based off a concept art drawn by Amano that shows the Warrior, not the Knight (vertical horns and such).

Warrior of Light is never seen with purple armor. It's always either blue or red. Garland, however, is always seen with purple on him. And that crystal? It's a shard of the Dark Crystal. I know this because it's colored blue. Blue is the color of the Water Crystal, but the larger blue crystal we see in the opening sequence is obviously not in the Water Shrine. Garland must've been going to retrive the Dark Crystal, as he chosen by fate as the "Dark Warrior", just as the heroes were chosen by fate as the "Light Warriors". It was Garland's destiny to cause the timeloop, which is why he so willingly turned to the "dark side" without notice.
Need I go on?

FF1 is not FF3. There are no Dark Crystals or Dark Warriors. There is no 'retrieving' of the crystals--the Warriors of Light take their shards to the crystal shrine things, and that 'awakens the power of the ORB', as the NES version so quaintly put it.
The cutscene is not Garland. Garland's cape is large, flowing, and purple. Garland has no pauldrons. Garland's helmet covers his entire head.
The cutscene knight has a helmet much like the Knight's, covering only part of his head and revealing his face and hair. The knight's cape is thinner and tan. He has large spiked pauldrons. And, again, the cutscene illustrates Amano art that clearly depicts a Light Warrior.
I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but that is NOT Garland in that scene. I guarantee it. Your Garland's body looks alright, but the head/helmet is completely wrong for every single depiction he's ever had.

There WAS a Dark Crystal in every version of FF1. It's on the first floor of the Chaos Shrine.
And as for the whole Garland/WoL thing... Let's just say, for the purpose of this hypothetical, that it IS WoL. In what time period does that scene take place? It can't be during the course of the story because he's completely alone; the rest of the party is unaccounted for. If it was AFTER the story, he would no longer have the crystal shard, and if it was BEFORE the story, not only would he not have the forward horns of a knight, but he'd be nowhere near powerful enough to take down a Red Dragon, let alone by himself. I'll admit, I don't have any solid proof that the character is Garland, but I think I just proved that it's not the Warrior of Light, either.
Also, Amano's WoL (both versions) clearly has white hair, and the character in the opening sequence is blonde. Warrior has blonde hair in-game (excluding NES version), but the character in the opening lacks red armor. So whoever the character in the opening is, I can safely say that it's not Warrior. Proof that the character is Garland does not exist, but right now, that's what I'm assuming.

..Okay, I'll admit that I had not thought of it that way.
However, to be fair, Garland's no where near strong enough to take on a Red Dragon either.
Upon examination, the NES overworld Garland had a visible face, too.
Perhaps that scene shows Garland before his corruption--back when he was a knight of Cornelia.
Either way, if you're going for an evil Garland, he should have his helmet on. But you do raise some good points, so I'll drop it.

Actually, my Garland's fourth personality will involve the helmet.
You'll see it when the intros are done. Mwahaha!

I like your idea of dissidia comics, I have movies so I don't want to get off on the wrong foot with you, so I'll just say this...
well...being more generic (like Wol) they both have horns, armor,a cape, eyes(given) and hair, but shouldn't Garland be more, well.... bulky

First of all, Domus Facina is NOT a Dissidia parody.
Second of all, he's scrawny, not only because I wanted him to have sex appeal amongst the fangirls that read this comic, but also because that's how he looks in the opening sequence of the PS1 and PSP versions, and I always liked that version best.

*Waits patiently for Xande's introduction*
Why does Garland have multiple personalities? It's funny, but I'm rather curious as to why.

Because since he's pretty much already a clean slate, I can get creative with him. I dunno, it just seemed like a good idea.
And be patient for Xande. I already have his whole intro written, and the panel thumbnails have been drawn.
