There, I covered myself. However, I will confess, that I might have gotten inspiration from certain people and their overall attitude and actions. But remember, this is a work of fiction...I doubt there is anyone who actually behaves like that. It's not like there is actually a far leftist anti-semitic judgemental sociopath named Jordan from Perth, Australia who actually has those beliefs, right?

Okay, here's a sneak peak at what Pantheon has been up to.

After her severe beating at the hands of Penny Sefton (I REFUSE to call her GLAMAZON, McSlave...LOL!), Melissa "Bombshell" Larsen spent the next several months recovering from her injuries. That was when the Elysium Group approached her in rebranding her image and gave her a publicist who would her recover and rebrand herself.

After several long and hard discussions (and training sessions), Melissa was convinced to take up the mantle of the fallen hero Paladin. Her social media footprints were carefully purged and mostly obliterated from the internet. It was during this time that she met her her best friend and, surprisingly, lover. Melissa was never into women before, but there was something about her publicist. The woman was honest, open, and was someone she could talk to. She was with Melissa all through her time in physical therapy and she even taught her how to fight more effectively.

And, then, after an event where she managed to rescue a cruise ship from a group of terrorists, Melissa found herself making out with the young woman while she was taking a shower after her return.

It's because of that person that she is now a true hero and everything seems right in the world. With Jordan by her side, Melissa is ready to take on the true monsters in the world. And she intends to start with Elysium's main enemy: David Flynn.

Of course, that's the "rose colored glasses" version of the story. The true story: Melissa is nothing more than a pawn and now she's the personal sex toy of a very dangerous telepath.

Say hello to "Mindbreaker" also known as Jordan Elizabeth Veers. This psychotic little Australian is a telepath who works for Pantheon. She specializes in breaking people down and brainwashing them on a very massive scale. One of her earliest jobs was to destroy a certain religious leader whose family was causing problems for Pantheon in the country of Israel. Being an antisemitic bitch, she took great pleasure in capturing the nephew of the target, and brainwashing him into becoming a dedicated jihadi who donned a suicide vest, walked into the synagogue his uncle was teaching at and screamed "God is Great!" before blowing himself up and killing everyone in the building.

Jordan (who puts on a false friendly front and insists you call her "Jordie") is a very hateful person who enjoys destroying lives just for shits and grins. She gets off on the fact that she can literally play God and make people, even the most powerful of supers, do what she wants. Eir personally recruited her a few years ago after an incident at the university Jordan attended. However, Jordan was able to portray herself as the victim (a skill she is really good at) and was dismissed as a suspect in the crime that occurred.

Jordan took Eir's offer and has enjoyed the life as a "problem solver" for Pantheon ever since.. However, it's only a matter of time before she pisses the wrong person off. Whether it's some one outside of Pantheon/Elysium or within it...time will tell.

But the real tragic part...Melissa Larsen is nothing more than a pawn and isn't aware of what's being done to her.
