why have u been trying to get everyone to hate this photo or me? cant u just let it go that i
used a picture that has alreday been created by someone else. i DID edit it and u still go on about it. everyone else still adds it to their favs and comments politly about it. so why do u keep this up?
is it satifyling to have someone hated because they have a nice photo for everyone to see?
all i want is for ppl to be able to look at and be inspired by pictures and liturature. i admitted that the pic wasnt mine originally, so move on and make someone else miserable. i joined deviantart thinking that it was a place for ppl to share pictures that can take someones breath away or share a drawing. does it really matter about this one pic soo much that u have to try and convince everyone that im a bad person bcuz i did state that this wasnt my original photo? cupcake, i think its time move on.

It's not about hatred; it's just about respect for intellectual property. Not everything on the Internet is fair game to use. Even if you credit the original artist (which you have not), you cannot take someone else's work, modify it, and repost it unless you have their express permission to do so. I certainly would not stand for having my work used in that way.

i admitted it wasnt mine. and i cant find the author. so i asked ppl to let me kno if they can find him/her. honestly, why wouldnt want someone to keep showing others their work even if it doesnt belong to the person showing it around. i would be happy if someone did that with my work. peolpe here just want to find cool pics and share cool pics. thats why i joined deviantart, becuz i thought it was a place to share art and literature. i guess its just for judgement.

It doesn't matter whether you credit the original artist or not. You could write in big letters "THIS WAS DONE BY ..." across it. You still don't have the right to republish this image.

I think you should remove it ~dacv397 ... It's not yours, you haven't edited it to an extent where it's not recognizable as the original image... If you want to use the image to spread it to your friends, go to twitter, tumblr or facebook and share it there, not here. Those sites are recognized as sharing images that aren't always yours (however, they are often used like deviantART for the sharing of the persons art).
I think this image has already been reported multiple times, by myself as well for it's presence in your gallery as if you've created it.

guys listen, this isnt my original photo. i only posted it because i messed with the lighting and coor dimmness. so plz, stop freaking out because i posted a cool picture that A LOT of people like and enjoy. and to all those ppl who like it and added it to their favs, thank u and peace out!

it's fine but nowhere in your description did you credit the original artist. I believe that if you would have done that people would not have to much of a problem. You may not like to hear this but it is rude to use things that are not yours without proper credit
