~A boy trying to deal with love while his heart is cursed, as well as his body (zombie).

~Ryuuji- He’s the second youngest in his magical family (when he was captured he was the youngest). He was going to be able to change into a dragon and have lots of dragon powers, but when he was 10 the family his was feuding with tortured him until they decided what to do. Soon they speared his heart with a cursed ruby (diamond maybe?) dagger. Now every time he feels love his wounds reopen and his heart starts beating, causing him pain and unable to love. Because of this, most people at school think he’s always depressed and such.

Aiko- She is one of Ryuuji’s only friends. She may seem kind of nerdy looking at times but really, she’s beautiful. She’s just very shy sometimes, but not so much it’s annoying.
She has known Ryuuji for most of his life, but they both don’t remember how they met. He doesn’t even know she is part of the family his is feuding ageist. She fell in love with him a long time ago but he never really notices.

Takahiro- Ryuuji’s best friend and cousin. He is a skilled wizard that helps Ryuuji get out of trouble. Girls tend to like him, this makes him big headed and very perverted.

Kaida- Ryuuji’s pet dragon that is always with him. This dragon will always be in a state of sleep unless his owner’s heart starts beating again. Ryuuji and Kaida met when Ryuuji was only 5

A maybe character (but I don’t know): ((Yumi- the most beautiful girl in school. Ryuuji thinks he loves her but he doesn’t really. She likes to know every guy in school and now its his turn. Although Aiko and her are kind of friends, they both tend to fight over stupid things and even about Ryuuji!))

I might add a couple more people to fall in love with Ryuuji to make good conflict but I’m not totally sure.

~THE MAIN STORY
Love hurts for real! Ryuuji may seem like a normal depressed High School boy but in real life he is part of a long line of a magical family. But all of his powers were lost when the family his was feuding with tortured him until they decided what to do with him. They ended up spearing his heart with a ruby (diamond?) dagger, turning him into a somewhat zombie. Now every time he has the feeling of love his heart beats, his wounds reopen, and the pain comes back, never wanting himself to love again.

~THE BACKGROUND STORY

((I need to figure this out still. I’m thinking that 2 people should fall in love somehow tragically die, and the family’s thought the other one did it somehow. That way it has a motive to spear Ryuuji’s heart and only feeling pain when he loves.))
