COLLABORATION WITH MY COUSIN!:]
We made this because we needed more art for our case we were filling up in the school with our art.
there is a definite meaning about the whole "grass is not greener on the other side" thing.
She wishes to let go and be free without worrying of letting people down.
She wishes to be beautiful and have friends.
Teacher really wouldn't shut up about all the bad things about this, someone please kill her. Shes ruining my life.

Agreed, i could never make a landscape drawing unless it was demented and the sky was rainbow!!
Chances are i will keep doing this type, either for the shock value or just because im addicted to drawing the more unusual sides of life.

I don't think you should listen to her. Just because something isn't "pretty-rainbows-butterflies-and-flowers" at first glance, like horror art, doesn't mean it doesnt hold any value. I honestly think that if you're shocking the viewer and making them question, then you're on the right track. I like drawing unusual things as well, so I've gotten desensitized to the "Why don't you ever draw anything "happy?" questions. =]

Whenever people ask me if im depressed i get confused. They think that because the people in my drawings are sort've demented they assume im sad, which is completely wrong. I tell them "I'm a really happy person because these are the things that make me happy."

aww. Well then she isn't an art teacher... Art is being an individual... not what others think it should be. I mean... think about all the greats. you never saw their art teachers bringing them on how odd and "different" their art was.
keep it up, you have people out there who appreciate your art. When I draw, i always get inspired by your work. 
I think it would be AWESOME to eb an art teacher... influence many inspiring artist.. with DIFFERENT VIEWS on art.,
