Apparently, this car has been parking illegally in a school called Ateneo in the Philippines.Now again you can see that its parked somewhere in the middle of someplace.
Illegal parking at its best! Only in the Philippines.

Actually, the school with the most illegal parking is UP. People park anywhere w/o stickers or permission.
But there's a group of people who enforce the rules : Greek-letter frats

Well, he didn't mention anything about Ateneo having the most illegal parking. But I can say that being caught parking illegally in Ateneo has really grave consequences such as having a really huge and annoying hard-to-remove sticker on your windshield (courtesy of manong guard) and an immensely expensive fine. But which school has the most illegal parking doesn't really matter anyway.
