Description
A (mostly) complete 2d vector model of Rumia I made in Anime Studio. Yes, I notice that bit of collar jutting out...Since the premise of this Touhou fan cartoon I'm working on is 'an American otaku getting stuck with Team 9', she will be a more prominent character than Utsuho.
I do not own Rumia or anything related to the Touhou series; ZUN does.
