Negaduck, or Emperor Negaduck The First of the United Imperial Realms of the Lord Negaduck, King of the Earth Realms and, Duke of St Canard, was a crimelord from St Canard, later becoming Commander of F.O.W.L. and Emperor of his own Empire. He would terrorize St Canard for a while and, often try to defeat Darkwing Duck for glory. Despite his near successes, he would end in failure with Darkwing Duck defeating him or, caused by his own undoing. After his massive defeat and near death experience when Darkwing was thrown to the Negaverse, he was saved by an unknown force from destruction and, since his interactions with the unknown being, he had a new purpose and, rethought his strategies.

He would track down FOWL and, would have the Eggheads to help him coup FOWL as it started to suffer massive losses, especially with Steelbeak being lost in space. He would succeed and, later threw High Command into a volcano, to declare himself Supreme Commander of FOWL. He would reunite with the Fearsome Four, being in FOWL after Negaduck's "death" and, focused on building an Empire, instead of just being a crimelord. He would take to Desertistan, a war-torn country as his base of operations before, he would overthrew the rebels and the government to declare himself Emperor. He set it up similar to how he ruled St Canard but, this time more centralized and with FOWL as it's military. Many would flock to his new Empire for new ventures. As the Empire grew, so did Negaduck's goals.

Negaduck would conduct a lot of operations to build his Empire's strength, even one mission he would steal SHUSH's EMPs with Darkwing's alleged death during the operation. With Darkwing dead, Negaduck would begin his plans for world domination as he would plunge the world into darkness and, later a war with Negaduck having an advantage. Despite the world's efforts to stop Negaduck, they surrendered and handed the world to him as Negaduck can reshape the world in his own image. His Empire grew into a power and would later use many parts of the world to become his goons's thiefdom, set up puppet states or, create land for the Empire, all loyal to Negaduck as not only Emperor but also, even as a god.

Of course, not everyone listen to Negaduck or, want to be ruled by his tyrannical totalitarian rule. The most largest anti-Negaduck group was, the Resistance lead by Scrooge McDuck and it's council. They would often be Negaduck's pest to his rule. An assassination plot was attempted, costing him his arm, half of his body and, some of medical issues. This plot nearly ended the Resistance with the Destruction of St Canard as Negaduck ordered the complete bombing and salting of St Canard. Despite the Resistance still being around but divided, his rule was secured for a while. He would begin to consider expansion of his Empire, he would take the Moon, defeating the Moonlanders and installing a puppet government with his Imperial occupation to extract resources and find, the portal to the Negaverse as his next step.

But, Negaduck's time was starting to become short from his medical issues from his assassination, he wasn't as active as he was, and often didn't made much public appearances with only holographic technology to hide his scars. Many await for Negaduck's death to secure his throne, and his wealth. Some already planned his death, even Bianca wanted to make a dynasty from his bloodline, while others fear the death of Negaduck may be worse than his rule.
