Detective Conan aka. Case Closed Fanart (as always). Characters belong to Gosho Aoyama.And so, Shinichi Kudo has decided to reveal the truth to Ran...
Didn't really start out that way though, haha
Just a computer doodle/drawing I felt like doing. Done in two sessions on PaintShop Pro 7.
Originally intended to have Shinichi on one plan, and Ran & Shiho on the other, but ended up like this (which is probably better, but heh.)
Shinichi doesn't look very Shinichi'ish though. My main dissapointment. Also, was rather lazy with the background. (And I still can't draw Ran as she merits to be drawn!)
But oh well, was fun drawing/painting? on pc again. Had been a while. ^_^
[Erm, yeah, does this count as a digital drawing or a digital painting? I don't think it's oekaki since I used layers (amongst other things)... Hummm...]

Love how you draw Shin'ichi in a realistic way <3 Ran seems to be kinda out of proportion, but her expression and pose makes the emotion come out well. She looks as if she'd been crying?
The reason to Shin'ichi's un-Shin'ichi-ness that you were complaining about - it's the part of his hair that sticks out to the background, I guess. The strands are a bit too regular there.
But the part that's going over his eyes is great. And the background's cool! ^__^ More of this stuff!
