Thanks to an emotional painter's block I started doodling around with lineart and colouring (which needs no emotions, just technique). I got the idea from the Orville collection by Damon1984 (thanks a lot!).Nobody was more surprised than me that I finally not only started a collection, but finished it. I guess that's a first for the new-day-new-ideas me.

Beautiful! I like how the style is almost book illustration mixed with collector trading cards. It feels like I can play Burnham's card and wipe out all of the baddies. Seriously though it's a lovely series.

You know what? Some other people told me the same about the cards ... I'm thinking about printing them (if my printer can cope with the colours. This looks sometimes horrible) and laminate them for my own small Card collection ... Perhaps always laying those on my desk with whom I write fanfiction at the moment ...
