your art is so clean and beautiful, its stylized, so it doesnt need to have accurate proportions- its art! X3
but if you were wondering why it looks a tiny little bit off, its because you elongate the torso, which doesn't look bad, your style is amazing.

NOW!~ The only problem I have with this is that you made him so DETAILED, then the bows are like Bleh.... no detail. I think I know what your mindwas thinking "Hey. I'm going to make this POP!~" But it seems kinda annoying with this person and his detail and then the bows seem to just have none. Other then that I love it~ :'3

i think there are too many folds on him, cuz folds imply overlapping of clothes, yet the shirt seems to outline his body quite tightly.

Also, why do those bowties look so artificial and pasted on the piece?
