You're right... horribly cute! Sephy makes the best chibi. It's just something about taking someone so awesomely twisted, yet so pretty and utterly useless (how many times does Cloud have to pwne him before he gives up?!) and making him utterly adorably cute!
The only thing to top it would be a true chibi Hojo, but I've yet to see one...
