This idea hit me like a ton of bricks!I know millions of people have already done Mario Bros Anime Characters. So what? I think this is my first actual attempt at anime. I hafta say, I kinda liked it.
Done with a Sharpee Fine Tiped Marker and Colored Pencils.

It does, sorta.. Though I was going for more of a "Trigun".

I wouldn't know what that looks like. I only saw one episode of "Trigun", it was pretty good. Though Luigi also looks like a "Cyborg 009" type character because of the hint of cartooniness.

I suggest reading the mangas, if you can find them.
They're much better than the cartoon.(which was pretty freakin' awesome!)

I'll try to find one, Borders has an anime section. Thank God. Though I usually read graphic novels like Hellboy and some comics like Sonic the Hedgehog. And mangas like Tenchi Muyo!. But I'll give them a looksy. In the meantime,
