So, this is my entry for 's contest.Is a new form for the DEOXYS challenge. [link]
It has many wings cuz I love wings! ^^'
I found the background on google.
Edit:
Seraph Form. He can change in this form only if Deoxys meets Arceus. In this form he can also use Jdgement but only if Arceus is in Deoxys' same team!

but because it has 6 wings I can call it Seraph Form. He can change in this form only if Deoxys meets Arceus. Thats because Seraphs are six winged angels, and they are the most near to God, and Arceus is the god of PokΓ©mon. In this form he can also use Jdgement but only if Arceus is in Deoxys' same team!
