How cute, what program did you use for shading? Is the blue one (Nero?) based off of a blue jay for markings?

I used PS Elements 6 (actually really outdated and a load of cheese). And the blue one is Joy, and she belongs to =FANG13 :3 I actaully don't exactly know if that is... But you can ask her ~
