Although that line on their face isn't their mouth it does make them look like they are smiling
Tech specs: Canon 40D (F13, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon EFS-60mm macro lens with 50mm of extension (almost 2.5x) + an MT-24EX macro twin flash (manual mode 1/16 power).

Very early in the morning, so the critter is dew covered and lethargic. The working distance on that shot was about 2".
