I mean, it's creative to make your own character that has their own back story to it, but crossing the lines and making them crossover to an already existing cartoon? I'm sorry, but no. That's not creative at all.

Of course man im just a normal, not so chubby or skinny guy who
loves Art and not recolors, i mean i Love other peoples imagination
and creativity... i dont like it when other people try to be like
them. I just love creativity and thats pretty much it. It there would
be another character on Regular Show, id prefer it to be NOTHING like
the ones that are already in it.

Yeah, it is common in little kids, but what irks me the most is is that, people join DeviantART when they are 12 years old and below. And not only the fact that they act like that, but, most people who are 14, 15, some 16, act like their characters are invincible and all of the inevitable actions.

All creators of a show are smart individuals themselves.
OCs/ Mary Sues are never going to make it on an already existing show that is out to the public.
If you want in on a show, don't just make the character's bio and draw it horrible and expect someone else to draw it better and put animation into it. They are doing all of the work while they just sit back and favor their popularity.
