eerie expression, and great composition. Although I like the overall desaturation and emphasis on the red, I think it would be better if the desaturated areas had a cold blue tint to them - that would probably push the red out even more since it would be in contrast to a colder color. Right now the black and white stuff actually feels a bit warm in terms of hue.

This picture has a very eerie feeling about it. It kind of gives me the heebie jeebies. Almost like she's holding an axe, but you can't see it. Murder surprise. How lovely.
