no, sorry. This was done in photoshop, using a photo I tooked of the sea when we went across the british channel

The colouring is soooooooo fantastic!!! It looks like a real, bright, shiny, silvery Lugia!!! I'm in love with the colours!! You got the face just about spot on! The feet are cute and the back fins look so real!!
