A quick doodle of Popplio because I was still thinking about something for the pokes I’m drawing.
I still can’t really decide on
Should pokemon like Popplio, Goldeen, Onix, Seviper, etc., have legs+tail or go siren/lamia-like, half and half? Or something else?

Hmmmmm....what about a reduced leg size compared to the rest? Sorta like they do exist but are used similarly to fins in that they're just to help movement on occasion and are otherwise kept useless?

well, the "fins" are actually the legs, so that's the reduced leg size. That's why Popplio, Brianne and Primarina can stand on those fins
