It is 1929, and the world sits on the edge of chaos! Police scour the Parris District of Major City for the mysterious vigilante known only as... THE BLACK DRAKE! The charge? MURDER! Neither cop nor crook will stop at anything to catch this bloodthirsty bird, whose very existence puts criminals everywhere in mortal peril! But their zealous hunt blinds them to the greater peril that lurks in the shadows of Major City... an immortal malevolence with only the Black Drake to oppose it!An amalgam of the Fowl with 's pulpy crimefighter, the Black Derby [link] , all for 's character-mix jam.
