Oof, this was one of those drawings that took forever and a day and still didn't come out very well! Drew this to recover from "Doomsday" in Season 2. OH HOW I CRIED. This gorgeous song [link] still GUTS me every single time I listen to it.These two were SO hard to draw. Also, after I colored it, I realized the billow of Rose's shirt makes her look pregnant. NOT INTENTIONAL. Ew. (Although it does make me wonder...would the baby have one and a half hearts? A time head? If you had kids with multiple regenerations of the Doctor, would they only be half-siblings because his genetic makeup would have changed? WOULD RORY STILL DIE??)

The time head bit only happened with Rory and Amy's kid because of the TARDIS - the meta only has one heart, so does Rose, my guess is the baby wouldn't have a second heart...
as for HUGE telepathic abilities and general craziness? Well he/she is the kid of the Meta and the Bad Wolfe... wouldn't surprise me if junior could read his mom's thought while he's still in the womb

I was thinking actual Doctor and Rose, rather than Meta-Ten and Rose (I drew this before I saw the episode with the DoctorDonna and all that). Makes you wonder!
As for telepathic thoughts and reading her thoughts while in the womb...how very Dune! The kid could be in daycare with Alia Atreides

Well it's to be expected - Gallifreyan children are raised NOT to use their telepathic (and in some cases telekinetic though those powers are rare) powers at ALL. Just to control them as much as possible.
How well the rules of 'control your psychic powers, dear' would work on the 1/3 Gallifreyan Child of the Bad Wolfe and the Oncoming Storm is pretty easy to figure out

Oh David Tennant! You we're a good doctor, possibly my favorite. Well done! I still can't get over your mastery of markers. I've tried to use them a few time and have absolutely butchered everything.
