Another photo from an oldish shoot but just thought I'd post. I've recently moved in on my own and feel quite lonely, demotivated , unwanted and depressed at the minute so I've failed to attend my modelling shoots or take any new photos hence the lack of updating, just posting to let everyone know I'm still alive. Hope you are all doing well, hope to have something new soon. T_T Let me know how you are all doing, need to hear some happy stories to cheer me up. ^^Related content

I felt a little lonely and down myself when I moved to my own apartment to study a few years ago, but it got better.

Hm...well, I'm about to get three days of fun at an aniime con; does that count? Three days in different costumes, plus one glorious evening of dancing in a formal gown! I can't wait..!

The con was an utter chunk of joy! 
The first day, alas, I had a wardrobe malfunction, so I ended up just going as Random Anime Passerby. That evening, though, was the formal ball, and I wore the most AMAZING dress! I danced the waltz and the foxtrot with several people, maleand female, and just had a wonderful time.
The second day was Supergirl day! This is version four of the costume, and the first to be almost completely built from scratch instead of just adding on to a commercial version. I think this will also be the last time Supergirl flies for awhile, for me. I've cosplayed her so many times now that the novelty has worn off.
The third day I tried out a new cosplay, as a Starfleet officer. It was by far my best cosplay of the weekend! Tons of compliments and pictures (the true measure of success for a cosplay is the number of pics you have snapped, in my opinion).
I also got to do what I went to do at the con on the third day, play with the airbrush makeup kit! It was so awesome; I did full face makeup for one girl (she looked gorgeous!) and then did stencil tattoos for a lot of others.
Overall the con was a complete success. I already have ideas for next year's show; I can't wait!

Wow, that sounds great. I'm glad you had a fantastic time and your outfits sound amazing. xD Sucks you had the initial wardrobe malfunction but at least you had a back up plan. ^^ Congrats as well on getting all the compliments and pictures of your Starfleet officer costume, I've yet to ever dress up in cosplay actually. I'd never know what would suit me. xD
I'm sure you'll be even better at next year's show, good luck on your next costumes and I hope you upload photos of all the costumes you do when they're done! ^^

Cosplay is really not that much different than dressing normally; you're just putting on different clothing. Crossplay is what I'm actually doing (crossplay = cosplaying as the opposite gender), I think, when you try it, you'll love it!

Oh... that's right... never mind...
Well, the bike survived without a scratch. Mostly because I was between it and the ground... protecting it from damage... yeah... that's the ticket...
Sooooooo glad I went solo because I think I woulda had to call for an EMS chopper to med-evac anyone who saw my antics! And here I thought I was doing good at the gym picking things up and putting them down... And that elliptical machine workin' the cadio... Kind of different trying to maintain balance while peddling dead weight uphill while avoiding roots, and rocks, and trees... did I mention ROCKS?
A few minor scrapes, a little blood, most likely some bruising to appear tonight into tomorrow, some serious huffing and puffing with a dash of agitated asthma... All in all, I have A LOT of room for improvement. Glad I picked a nearby "easy" trail...

Hey Antoin. Sorry to hear that. Moving in on your own can be tough. Just remember its your space but bring people into. And make sure you get out to see others. Talk to your friends. And if you need ones that can just listen your DevArt gang are here.

Good story for you. I've been preparing for a final singing assessment, I'm rubbish at singing, and not rubbish in a humble way, I mean rubbish. It's part of my course. But anyway. I've been practising really hard and I'm starting to enjoy singing and hold the piece together.

Aw, thanks for the sweet message. ^^ I'm glad you are starting to enjoy singing! I love it personally, I used to take lessons but because of my strong Northern Irish accent it doesn't sound particularly good but oh well. xD I hope you do well in the assessment, a lot of it will be about technique rather than how you sound so if your tone isn't the most pleasant, you can still score really well if you have a good technique! Good luck. ^^

I've been working on a project for a friend to build a green house from basically scratch. Sucker's almost done. Plus the FAA is going to implement a couple of minor changes to some errors I pointed out this week. So cool.
