What would YOU do differenly on this piece? But nothing like style, because everyone has their own style. How's the anatomy? Are the shadows in good places?

Alright.....
The only technical aspect that needs work is your outlines. They need more 'weight'. Try to vary your line widths. The lines where the light will hit, make them thinner. The lines that are in shadow, make them thicker.
Your body anatomy is just lovely 
Your coloring is very soft and lacks 'depth'....BUT....once again it works perfectly with your style...especially for fashion design

I didn't expect such a helpful comment really... even though you are really nice I expected something like "Oh it's just fine good job *cough* no time for silly dimwits like this one *cough*" But that would just be me being paranoid!
I shall try darkening the shadows, that is something I haven't thought of! And line weight I have experimented wiht before but never got serious about... now is the time! 
I am glad the anatomy is good (I wasn't sure) But the eyes were the only thing I was sure of... I always draw big eyes on my girls! But I do need to get the hang of doing them realisticaly, it's true.
