I'm not sure if 'excited' is the right word; but ready, yes. And you know what, I thought I was over the white mass, but I saw him twice the other day at registration, and I am most certainly not over him. I should gorge on high fibre meals in preparation for the abdominal massacre I'm about to go through.
I have discovered he is very embarrassing in public. Which kind of makes my day.
I'm pretty much just passing time until I go back. Today I looked for sea creatures in the prehistoric ocean and Red Sea. I found one of those eye spy books (only it wasn't eye spy) for kids. For the most part it was exceptionally easy, though more than once I was convinced a thirteenth ammonite did not exist. Ahahah, someone just drove by blasting One Direction. Swag.
On another note, I have apparently seen every Criminal Minds episode ever made and now I am very lost. What ever will I do with my life now?
At least the new season is starting soon... I think.
Doctor Who is starting this weekend... but I don't want a new obsession. Crime shows to Sci-fi is just too much of a change...

I hope you enjoy yourself this year, and you finish in the manner you would like. The white mass? Is he the kid you liked? You should just grab him and tell him he is now your boyfriend whether he likes it or not.
What you could do now- besides reading about ammonites and watching criminal minds, is write a cool autumn or Halloween story. Pour all of your anxiety and fear into it, and have it ready before Halloween. This is an order. I cast a geis on ye.

Noooo, I'm painting pretty pictures.
I still paint trees like a four year old. It'd look totally innocent if the grass wasn't a muddy purple and red and the sun didn't look homeless and apocalyptic. No matter how hard I try it is always too dark or too light. Hm.
I guess I could do a Halloween story. Hm. Not feeling so literate lately. Perhaps from the perspective of a toddler. The lazy writer's technique.

However you get it you done.
Perhaps you express more with colors than forms with your painting. Are you are trying to paint a tree as it appears in nature, or are you trying to make a symbolic object. Sometimes the colors, textures, and brushwork, express your emotions. Figure out what you want, and you will refine your style.

It takes too long to dry. I'm going to have to send in a complaint.
I like being able to feel it afterward. Like when you write on flimsy paper with pen, it's like braille for dumb people.
Did you know Canadian bills have braille on them? I learned that from stand up comedy.
I always wondered what those bumps were, braille never crossed my mind even though we were taught our braille numbers in elementary school.
