well in the dream... while we are hanging out at the beach guy turns into a monster and kidnaps you.
I then pull out my sword and I do my best to kill the monster and rescue you.
Once the beast is slain, you take off one of your flip flops and hit me on the head with it and you say "you should have saved me sooner" yep yep
