Though they shared no blood, the two developed a strong bond at an early age, and came to depend on one another as they learned the ways of the Verdants. They used their magic to protect the defenseless and ensure that none starved while under their watch. Their seventy-year reign had a large impact on those that succeeded them. Many aspired to be like the Verdant Sisters, and protect those that couldn't protect themselves.
