*Sighs* I believe I've missed more than whole week this time. Just letting you guys know that I have not forgotten about this drawing challenge! Spending longer hours at work equals me being dead tired and crashing/burning when I get home plus being hit with what seems like an endless cycle of migraines has not helped at all. Yeah, excuses, excuses... Since I only have a few days left in the challenge I'd like to knock it out with no more delays.
Anyway, been awhile since I've drawn my favorite spy couple Hershey & Geoffrey St. John from the Sonic the Hedgehog comics. I haven't picked up an Sonic comic in years. I was trying to an make an effort to stay up the date by checking this ArchieSonic Wikia: [link] from time to time. I hope these two are still around because that book was notorious for bumping off good characters!

lol! I've heard of "Golgo 13" but I've never watched it. For some reason whenever I draw this couple I immediately think of two main characters (Sara and Ryo) from"City Hunter" which is another oldie but goody anime.

I have seen not only the 2008 TV series which Golgo 13 has appeared in, but I've also seen all three of his movies. He has appeared in a live-action film that came out in 1977 which starred Japanese actor Sonny Chiba as the title character, and has appeared in two animated films as well. The two anime films include Golgo 13: The Professional, which came back in 1983, and Queen Bee, which came back in 1998. My personal favorite is the Professional. I two am familiar with City Hunter. And... Don't you mean Kaori? The crazy girl who constantly beats Ryo with an assortment of hammers? Just curious.

oh, my, goodness. I LOVE THESE TWO.
but man the sonic comics are practically revolving around these two right now. we dont know if Geoffrey is taking the good side or bad side cause he's helping Ixis Naugus take over new mobotropolis. When asked about hershey, geoffrey said she died in a mission. BUT I THINK THATS HIGHLY UNLIKELY BECAUSE THE SONIC COMICS HAVE GONE THROUGH MANY PLOT TWISTS LATELY. Like. Sal gal has been roboticized and the writers keep saying when sally gets roboticized the story is at the very tippy top of the roller coaster, and from that point on we'll be flying downwards screaming at the top of our lungs LOL

Wow...The writers make the characters OOC and the story line so unpredictable but not in a good kind of way. That's just my opinion though. It's kind of the reason why I started distancing myself from the comic years ago, but I still love the characters. Sally's been robotized before but they manage to reverse it. I really hope that they didn't kill off Hershey and explain why would Geoffrey even think about going to the dark side... *cues soap opera music*

They look good in your style! It's been a while since I checked out the Sonic comic myself...but to my knowledge I think they split it into 2 or 3 different series. I think...
As for work and life and general that's understandable girl. There are days when I just fall out from work and school. So just take your time the last thing you want is to be burned out and trust me that is not a good feeling LOL

Yeah I now all about being burned out before and it's not fun. Trying to keep a balance life can be difficult at times.
Geez It's split up into 3 different series now? I'm so far behind I almost don't even feel like trying to catch up! lol
