Jessie and younger sister Becky are two recent LILAC recruits. They have already had a background in crime in the local outfit known as the Squirrelettes. Jessie was actually the leader of the gang. But as Jessie put it, they wanted to be part of a larger, more stable organization. They are hoping to gain invaluable experience to enable them to restart the Squirrelettes at a later date.
