Background

Tracy was a rather normal college student. Her father worked as a construction worker and her mother was an office worker in citi. She has a younger brother who gets on her nerves but she loves dearly. They moved to Union city when she was sixteen due to her mothers promotion. Once she graduated high school, Tracy began attending at Union city university for a degree in graphic design. Everything was normal until one day two years ago where she was attending a science expo with some friends. While there they got caught up in an attempt by some villains to steal a new prototype power source. They nearly shot of her friends but tracy managed to save her by tacking her out of the way. The bullet hit the generator which caused an explosion. The explosion released the strange energy which infused itself onto Tracy. She was put into a two week coma where the energy infused itself further into her DNA. Once she woke up she found that she had an assortment of abilities. She was stronger, could fly and she could control the weather. At first she didn’t know what to do with them until she ended up saving a child from a burning building. While she saved the child, she failed to save another individual in the building. Realizing the good she can do as well as not wanting to let anyone else die, Tracy decided to protect the innocent as the superhero Jetstorm.

Personality:

Tracy is a rather awkward, quiet young woman. She mostly sticks to a core group of friends and can often be socially awkward around new people. Despite that she is a kind woman who is always there for her friends and others. Tracy has a very creative mind as she loves coming up with designs and ideas for art. This helps her come up with inventive strategies involving her powers. She can be rather hard on herself when she messes up or someone gets hurt. However she never lets this stop her from helping people.

Powers.

Flight: Jetstorm is able to generate the ability to fly. She can reach speeds up to mach 5.

Super strength and Durability: Jetstorm can lift up to 50 tons and is capable of withstanding most physical blows. She can be injured by high caliber bullets or blasts as well as a strong enough individual.

Weather control: Jetstorm is able to control many aspects of the weather, She can generate powerful winds, thunderstorms and even tornados if she wanted to.
