Brazilian folklore:It's name means "snake of fire" or "thing of fire", it comes from the native language tupi-guarani.
This creature is a giant serpent of fire, it is as fast as light can be and kills everyone, people killed by this being have both their eyes completely incinerated, because as the legend says, one day a huge snake woke up hungry and decided to eat the eyes of all beings.It is said that if you look directly into it's eyes you will be blind and completely lose sanity for the rest of your life, oh also, it can live in rivers beds and hunt down whoever passes by.
Some say it is the encarnation of lost evil souls and their desire to burn everything, others say it is the serpent that was expelled from Eden's garden after tricking Adam and Eve, so basically Satan.
Pretty brutal huh?
