I don't know what manipulate This exactly means with figure ...
But in the rules is standing this :
4. You MUST use more than one figure in this deviation. This is a rule for this contest. If you use only one figure, the entry will be returned.
Remember, in order to get more than one person into the deviation, simply overlap large figures in front of smaller figures, or make figures in the background smaller than they are in the foreground. These are also ways to get depth in your deviations. Look at the examples from the last contest below to see what I mean.
It would be so sad if they would return your deviation!

Yes it is ... can't you just add another person to your manipulation, somebody in the background or so ...
But guess that will become hard, cause there isn't that much place anymore
