My only problem with your starters is there stats don't match with their pre-evolutions at all. The last guy had meh attack and now look.

This one...is difficult. I don't know if you'd want for him to have low speed or low defenses. HP is at the lowest (for a starter), but can be reduced to no lower than 70, i'd say.

Hello! XD Umm...here are my thoughts for his height and weight
Height: I see this guy to be pretty big, between 6'07" and 7'07".
Weight: Me thinks somewhere between 200-215 lbs?

the water drop things on his head are a bit off. left one has to be a bit lower and it isn't a disign on his face right? so then the left one has to bulge a bit out at the side and the middle one does not align with the fin on his head which is in the middle. But it's awesome ^^
