Oh no, this was an allusion to the Blackest Night Aftermath comics. At the time I was using Guardians 4 and 5 for a number of projects, and this comic occurred to me as a result.

They are practically Gods, at one point they spread themselves across the universe and literally forced it to stay in place with the power of their minds to stop it from imploding on itself.
Their Citadel however, does have a hologram which they use to observe the universe. They are so awesome

That isn't Scar, that's a female Guardian, as you pointed out it is after Scar's... well not death, exactly, but after her destruction. This was done mainly because I was annoyed that Arisia punched one of the Guardians after they've had such a dreadful time already
