I know how to draw a person but never able to master their expressions, may be my mind not suitable for such task?? oh one more thing: how do you desplay friend's avatar above the comment?

huh? you put :icon(namehere): or :dev(namehere): you should practice expression. find expressions and just keep drawing them

Some critiques if I may.
I really like the overall composition, it does give the effect of a hot day. The bg is a good idea, though the clouds and water could use work. ^_^;
The high lights has too much saturation, though it gives nice contrast, you probably used the dodge tool? It's better for the coloring if you avoid that tool and highlight with your own colors.
Body anatomy is fine, but the arms on both characters need work.
But! I like it! It shows you took a lot of effort and thought into it. I LOVE the tattoos on the girl. And I LOVE the coloring on the cloths around the other girl. At least you're doing art, unlike me right? xD

i used Color dodge in the paint brush options. Yeah i need to work on my arms and legs. You're doing fine. you're not gonna be an art major like me XD you just need to draw in your spare time

its not the dodge tool XD its just a layer/brush option called Color Dodge

Gotcha I still don't like dodge either way. XD I believe it does the same thing, it's what I use to brighten photos other than screen.

yeah all the flaws have been covered pretty much, but damn that is a very inspiring atmosphere. despite the flaws everyone seems to be noticing, it doesnt take away from the incredible overall composition. great work man.
