Atlas was the winner of the character poll so I drew him. XD I don't know how well it turned out. XD But anyways there is a story to why he's with Delphine:In the bioshock world, before she was a Big Sister, and before she was a little sister, she was sold off By Frank Fontaine, her 'uncle' (Her mom literally threw her at him, even if it wasn't biological he had no choice) to Dr. Suchong as a guinie pig, namely for his own cruel game and to see how Dr. Suchongs Idea of 'domesticating' children would work. Shortly after Atlas came into being and who was his best little sister tool? someone who looked up to him and would unknowing do everything he said? (Would you kindly?)
Why his 'little sister of course'
I've shortened her name in the story I'm writing for this, which is going to switch back and forth between her and Rose shortly before the fall of rapture, and afterwards.
She's known as Delphi and she has an Irish accent. >_>

and it's very nice feeling to see Delphine spin off from FF to Bioshock. I must co-op with Jack for justice!!, he whacks Atlas first and then I'll take care Delphine. XD
