Actually she's manga only, one of Galaxia's sailors, she and her sister are partially responsible for killing the Senshi, and starlights, as well as sailor Lethe and Mnesomy when they change sides.

Mostly I think because the anime was cut so short, I swear I think they might have ended it before the Manga ended, there were quite a few sailors that got cut, including Chi and Phi, Lethe and Mnesomye, sailor lead papillion, I think that's most of them, oh yes and we never got to see the sailor form of Princess Kakyu

Yep kind of sad really, the one good thing the Anime for stars had over the manga was that they gave the sailor animates more 'screen time' for example the entirety of Sailor Iron Mouses appearance could be set to one page on the Manga

Well I only know because of my bootlegged fansub dvd, well technically it got all the seasons but I jumped on buying it because it had Stars.

Anyway, she looks pretty good Ms. Danielle. If they ever make a new series (Ala Dragon Ball Kai), I'm sure we'll be seeing her as well.
